PLEASE NOTE: These terms do not apply to the resale graphics. Please refer to the terms of use in the "Resale Cliparts" section for its terms of use.
What you can do:
- You can use the clip art you purchase for web designing, crafts, or any other projects (such as scrap booking, cards, stickers, wallpapers, banners etc.) for personal or commercial purposes. There is no commercial licence to purchase in order to use the graphics.
- You can resize the image, and decorate it in your own style.
- Exception: These terms do not apply to specific web images sold in this site, such as premade sigtags, logos etc. The specific terms for those images are mentioned in the consecutive section.
What you cannot do:
- You cannot resell my clip art as it is and claim it as your own. Even if you get it in .png format, you cannot simply convert it into a .jpeg file and resell it. You have to mix it and add your own style to it.
- You are not allowed to tube them or sell them in a transparent manner. You can put a background or another pattern behind the image and merge it, but it cannot have a transparent background.
- My clip arts are only for legal businesses that are family friendly oriented.
- You cannot cut parts of the image and paste it on something else. For example, if you buy a clip art of a bear, you cannot cut the bear's head and paste it on another image or on a product.
- You cannot change the colors on the clip art and sell it. Even though you are allowed to resize the image, cropping, changing the colors etc. is not allowed.
