~ TERMS OF USE/REGISTRATION~
Please read the following terms in which you can use my graphics. If you do not follow my terms of use, you will not be allowed to use my graphics. Select the type of site you will be using the graphics in, to read the respective TOU accordingly.

Personal sites are web sites that do not offer any products or services for sale or advertise for sale. There is no fee for using my graphics for decorating your personal site.
1. My graphics can be used only for family-friendly sites.This excludes sites containing profanity, nudity, racism or similar material.
2. Please do NOT alter the graphics by adding text or modifying the height and width of the image. This includes resizing and re coloring the graphic for creating your own logos, banners, gifts etc. By altering the dimensions of the image, it will look distorted in your web site. Use the graphics as it is.
3. Please do NOT send my graphics as stationary or attachments in messenger services like msn, icq, or chat rooms. You are allowed to use my sign tags in your email, as long as you provide a link back to me. You can also use my graphics in guest books, word press and blog sites, as long as a link is provided back.
4. Please do NOT link the graphics directly to my server. This is bandwidth stealing and is prohibited. Please upload the graphic to your own web site server.
5. A link MUST be placed back on every page that you are using any of my images. Please link it back to:

A suitable logo is placed on each of my link ware sets for you to link back
to my site. However, you can also use a simple text link to link back to my
site.
6. Do NOT use my graphics for making labels, stationary, cards, etc. UNLESS they are for your personal use and not for for any commercial purposes. If you do, please refer to the craft sites section to learn more.
7. Please note that I have the copyright and ownership over my graphics and I have the right to have them removed from any site which I find using them illegally.
8. You can put my graphics with graphics of other artists, and can also put graphics from different sets/collections in your pages.
9. Please do not place any of my graphics in auction sites such as Ebay etc.
A web site that advertises or offers products or services for sale is known as a commercial web site. There is a registration licensing fee for using my graphics for commercial sites. NOTE that these rules only apply for WEB SITE purposes. If you want to use the graphics on your products directly for sale, please refer to the Craft Sites section below.
1. Commercial sites must pay a one-time registration fee of US $20.00 for EACH commercial site. This means that if you own 2-3 different sites for selling entirely different products or services, then you need to pay $20.00 for EACH site that you will be using the graphics. Once the fee is paid, you are allowed to use the graphics.
2. Acquiring the registration fee does not allow you to claim them as your own. It only gives you the right to use them. All the Terms of Use that was mentioned for Personal sites above, also needs to be followed here.
3. Registration fees need to be paid only once, and are non-refundable.
If you are designing web sites for other people for a price, then you are considered a web designer. If you want to purchase a collection to your friend as a gift, and not actually creating a site for them for money, then you don't need to pay for the web designer licensing fee.

Web-designers can either:
(a) Choose to pay a one time license fee of US $50.00, and use my graphics
on unlimited sites including the web designer's own site, meaning that they
don't have to pay for commercial site registration either, or
(b) Pay US $15.00 for each site wanting to use my graphics individually.
Option b would require web designers to pay the additional commercial site registration
if they would want to decorate their own web site with my graphics.
2. Potential customers of the web designers using my graphics, if having a commercial/craft site, need to pay the respective commercial/craft site registration fee. The customer can choose to pay the registration fees either directly on this site, or through their web designer. If the customers of the web designers are using my graphics for their personal site, then this is not required.
4. Customers of the web designers must also be aware of my Terms of Use and follow them.
5. The general terms of use written for Personal sites also apply here.
Sites that offer crafts, cross stitches, print-outs for sale, are known as craft sites. If you would like to use my graphics in your craft products and offer them for sale, please read the following TOUs.
1. Crafters need to pay a one time fee of US $120.00. This will entitle them to use my graphics on any of the products that they offer for sale.
2. By paying the license fee, crafters can also use the same graphics on their commercial web sites (if available) for their products, without paying any additional commercial fee.
3. You need to provide a link of the web site on every product that the graphics are placed in, which says "Artwork © http://www.rajivsgraphics.com" or " Graphics © http://rajivsgraphics.com". This does not actually have to be on the product. It can also be attached as a tag or a note with the product.
4. All the TOUs written for Personal sites is also applied here. However, there is one exception. If you product is large in size, resizing of the graphic is allowed, as long as both the width and height of the image is resized in proportional. Changing colors and adding text on graphics (unless otherwise specified) is not allowed.
5. Fees are paid once, and are non-refundable.
